They were everything I could ask for .They were on time, pleasant, efficient and professional.  The work was fast, excellent product provided and I couldn't be happier. As for the others.. the " window solutions person came over, looked the job over and said he would call with an estimate. He did finally call, only to apologize for taking so long, but he still did not have an estimate and I never heard from him again. None of the others called.

Project: Sliding Door - Install
The Project is not completed yet but I have NO Reservations that it will be completed in a completely class A # 1 manner. I met several times with Chris and he not only took all the time needed to answer all our questions he is going above and beyond to do what we have requested. We started out asking about replacing the glass in one door and in the end we are replacing 3 sliding glass doors and 10 windows. NOT because Chris pressured us into it but because he explained why it would be to our benefit. That and he gave us a great price. 8/14 09 - Today was the Day for our Install. Everything was Fantastic. Wish I had more room to praise them.

What a wonderful company to deal with. We needed a rush job done on replacing a sliding patio door. From start to finish - salesman to owners- everything that could be done was done and we had our new door in long before we expected it to be done. A tiny bit high in price, but you get what you pay for - and it was WELL worth a couple hundred more.
